CONFERENCE IN PERSIA CONCLUDED ACCORDING TO GERMAN NEWS AGENCY TABRIZ NAMED AS PLACE OF MEETING (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, December 3. The German news agency, quoting messages from Lisbon, stated that the conference between Messrs Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin, which was held in Soviet-occupied territory in Persia, began on November 28 and ended today. A communique probably will be issued today. The enemy news agency added that the meeting was held behind barbed wire and minefields. Reuter's New Delhi correspondent says reports from the Persian frontier today state that the meeting of the Big Three is being held at Tabriz. Admiral Lord Mountbatten returned ot New Delhi after the conference in North Africa and immediately held a conference at his headquarters. The first news of the Churchill, Roosevelt, Chiang Kai-shek meeting was published in the Moscow Press today.- The communique was published without comment.
