BOWLING CONTESTS ' -AGREEN FULLY OCCUPIED (“Times-Age” Special.) The Greytown green was fully occupied at the weekend. In the progressive pairs R. Thompson won the skips section and J. Reid the leads. A start was made with the handicap singles in which T. Connolly beat N. McLeod and J. Ferguson defeated A. Woolf. R. Thompson and W. Higgison won their 30th game for the gold bars when they beat A. Thompson and F. Harrington. Personal Items Mrs E. Maddison is at present spending a holiday at Nelson. Flying Officer J. Wenden spent the weekend in Greytown. TOWN HALL ' "MRS WIGGS OF THE CABBAGE PATCH.” There will be shown tomorrow night the outstanding comedy-drama, “Mrs Wiggs of the Cabbage Patch,” in which the chief roles are taken by Fay Bainter and Hugh Herbert. Tomorrow there will be a matinee commencing • at 3.15 p.m., at which “Mrs Wiggs of the Cabbage Patch” will be shown.
