BRITISH GOVERNMENT PLANS. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, November 24. The Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Attlee, told the House of Commons that the Government was working hard on plans to ensure employment, food, and housing for the people. Proposals would come before the House dealing with social insurance, a comprehensive health service,, workmen’s compensation, coal mining, and agriculture.
