PEACE MOVE?
♦ BULGARIA AND HUNGARY. AN UNCONFIRMED REPORT. (By Telegraph—(Press Association—Copyright) (Received- This Day, 10.40 a.m.) LONDON, November 17. Reuter’s Zurich correspondent quotes an unconfirmed.report that immediately after the meeting of the Bulgarian Cabinet yesterday, the Foreign Minister, M. Shishmanoff, flew to Budapest to discuss with Hungary the possibilities of joint peace action. He pointed out that this report follows soon after the heavy Allied' air raid on Sofia.
