TARGETS IN NORWAY

ATTACKED BY AMERICAN BOMBERS MINE AND POWER STATION BLASTED SIX ENEMY FIGHTERS DESTROYED LONDON, November 16. Targets in Norway, amongst them a mining establishment and a power station, have been attacked by American bombers based in Britain. The bombers, which were unescorted, destroyed six enemy aircraft. Two of the bombers were lost. This was the second attack on Norway made by United States aircraft. The first was made in July 'When the bombers made a round trip of 1700 miles to attack the enemy U-boat base at Trondheim.
