AT HUTT VALLEY RAILWAY ACCIDENT, LADY MEMBERS OF AMERICAN MEDICAL SERVICE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Fine service by two young ladies— Lieutenants Latter and Noll, members of the U.S.A. Medical Service, at the recent train accident in the Hutt Valley, was recognised yesterday, when the Mayor and Mayoress of Lower Hutt (Mr and Mrs Andrews) waited on them and presented each with a memento, accompanied with flowers and a letter of appreciation from the citizens of Lower Hutt.
