RELEASED FROM U-BOAT HUNT.
NAVY TAKES OVER WHOLE TASK.

It was announced in Washington that the Navy has assumed full responsibility for anti-submarine operations, from which the United States Army Air Forces have been withdrawn. The Navy has now acquired sufficient planes and crews to take over the task.
