RETURN TO UNITED STATES FROM MOSCOW. PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM STALIN TO PRESIDENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) WASHINGTON, November 11. A large crowd of distinguished people, including President Roosevelt, greeted the Secretary of State, Mr Cordell Hull, when he arrived by ah' from Moscow. The Washington correspondent of the “Herald Tribune” says that Mr Hull carried a personal message from Marshal Stalin for Mr Roosevelt, the nature of which was not disclosed, but it is assumed that it expresses Marshal Stalin’s willingness to meet Messrs Churchill and Roosevelt soon outside the United States.
