MOSCOW CONFERENCE
STATEMENT TO BE MADE IN COMMONS (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, November 9. The Government will probably make a statement on the Moscow conference on the third sitting day of the present session, Mr C. R. Attlee, the Deputy Prime Minister, stated in the House of Commons. He suggested that arrangements could be made to keep the day clear for such a possibility and for a debate, if it were desired. «
