WIN FOR NEW ZEALAND. (Special P.A. Correspondent.) LONDON, November 8. The New Zealand Services team beat Public School Wanderers, 8-0. E. Grant, Gisborne, and P. S. Herkt, Wellington, scored tries, and R. W. Herron, Otago, converted one. C. J. Phelps, Wellington, was the outstanding player on the field. The full team was as follows: Backs, E Best, R. S. Cotterell, Auckland; T. McCashin, Wellington; C. E. Armstrong Napier; G. G. Davidson, Dunedin; W. E. McClachan, South’ Canterbury; and Grant. Forwards, PhelpJ;, Herron, Herkt Henderson, F. W. Crist and F. A. Geddes, Auckland; A. A. Matheson, Carterton; and also E. Bell. The New Zealanders will play the Welsh Guards «on Thursday.
