FOR STATEMENT & DEBATE ON MOSCOW AGREEMENT. MR CHURCHILL QUESTIONED IN COMMONS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) RUGBY, November 4. Mr Churchill told the House of Commons he was unable to say when, a statement could be made on the result of the Moscow agreement. He was likewise unable to say when a statement could be made and an opportunity given for debate on the proposals of the United States reconstruction plan. Mr Churchill stated that an opportunity would occur on the second day of the next series of sittings for a debate on general matters of the war and policy, if desired. FOREIGN MINISTERS FAREWELLED AT MOSCOW. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) RUGBY, November 4. The Moscow radio announced that Messrs Anthony Eden and Cordell Hull left Moscow yesterday by plane. The aerodrome was decorated with the flags of Britain, the United States and Russia.
