MEETING OF DIRECTORS ANNUAL FINANCE CAMPAIGN The president? Mr J. A. Kennedy, presided over a meeting of the Y.M.C.A. Board of Directors, held last night. There were present Messrs E. Lyttle, E. M. Hodder, J. H. Cunningham, J. Y. Douglas, W. Flaws, E. J. Esler, C. Sutherland, T. A. Russell, W. L. Hunter, H. R. Keltic and the Rev A. J. Lane, and the General Secretary, Mr L. M. Johanson. The president extended a welcome to Mr J. H. Cunningham and the Rev A. J. Lane. Ways and means of implementing the annual finance campaign were completed and .a strong committee was set up, with power to co-opt. The members of the board arranged to present a club championship banner for association activities. A good deal of time was given to the completion of an extensive programme organised for Youth Week from November 8 to 14, inclusive, and reports from various sub-committees indicated that the week should be a great attraction to the public.
