WHITEHALL.” Tomorrow night there will be presented one of the outstanding comedies of recent years, “The Black Sheep of Whitehall,” in which Will Hay has the principal role. It is full of the most amusing situations and is a splendid tonic for the strenuous war days. The supporting feature, “The Mayor of 44 th Street,” is an exciting drama.
