MAHUNGA CLUB LADIES’ COMPETITION. DRAW FOR SATURDAY. The following is the draw for an L.G.U. medal round to be played on Saturday by the lady members of the Mahunga Golf Club:—Miss Kitchener v. Mrs Long, Miss Frost v. Mrs Horneman, Miss Reed v. Miss Allington, Mrs Madsen v. Miss Watson, Miss Gaynor v. Mrs Heasley, Mrs Budd v. Mrs Perrin, Miss Wilton v. Mrs Friend, Mrs Hunn v. Miss Calwell, Mrs Musgrove v. Miss Cummins, Mrs Caldwell v. Miss Jepson. TEAM TO PLAY MANOR PARK. A medal round will be played on Saturday by the men members of the club., Players are requested to arrange their own partners. The following players will represent Mahunga in a match against Manor Park to be played at the Mahunga links during the weekend, Play will commence at 10 a.m.:—G. R. Ward, R. B. McPherson, F. R. Ward, F. Lusty, J. W. Dove, J. Morris, S. Jenkins, W. Taylor, J. Farrell, C. R. Ryan, E. Earp, A. McDonald, E. Smith, F. Brockett, A. O. Jones, G. Beecroft, J. McFarlane, G. Yeung, J. Price and J. Heasley. MASTERTON CLUB LADIES’ JUNIOR - CHAMPIONSHIP. FINAL WON BY MRS KERSLAKE. In the final of the ladies’ junior championship, Mrs J. A. Kerslake defeated Mrs S. E. Burridge 3 and 2. In connection with Saturday’s competition members are requested to arrange their partners for a Stableford contest. MEN’S STgABLEFORD COMPETITION
On Saturday a Stableford competition will be played by men members of the club who are asked to arrange their own partners.
