BADOGLIO’S PLANS

FORMATION OF GOVERNMENT OF ALL PARTIES INCLUDING COMMUNISTS. ARMY TO FIGHT AGAINST GERMANY. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.0 a.m.) RUGBY, October 31. Marshal Badoglio has arrived in Naples, where he immediately made contact with the aged Italian philosopher, Beneditto Croce, who has lived in Capri for years, and Count Sforza, former Foreign Minister, who has returned to Naples after many years of exile in America. A correspondent reports that Marshal Badoglio’s intention is to form a Government at once from all parties, including the Communists. He also stated that an Italian army is being raised to fight with the Allies against the Germans and that large numbers of known Fascist leaders have already been arrested on his orders.
