TO JOIN UNITED NATIONS MADE IN BROADCAST FROM MOSCOW. NEUTRALITY OF ADVANTAGE TO GERMANY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON. October 28. Quoting ail article from the influential Moscow newspaper. “War and the Working Class,” the announcer said: — “Turkey’s neutrality in the early part of the war offered advantages to both Germany and the Allies, but later, particularly after Stalingrad, when Germany ceased to be a menace to the Middle East, Turkey’s neutrality became of exclusive advantage to Geimany.
