Air Training Corps Dance.

There was a large and happy gathering at the Masonic Hall, Masterton. last night, when the Masterton unit of the Air Training Corps held a most successful dance. Mrs V. J. Ashton's Orchestra provided the music, and extras were played by Miss B. Hawke and Mr Clive Thorne. Supper was 'served by a ladies’ committee. Mr W. R, Nicol was an efficient M.C. To Be on the Air. A.C. Ken Kingdom son of Mr and Mrs S. Kingdom of Masterton, who is overseas, will be heard on Sunday over ZJV (Suva), in songs as one of the members of a Camp Revue. Tire company will hold a concert on November 10, and it is items connected with that concert which will be broadcast on Sunday next, between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.
