CONCRETE RESULTS
REPORTED AT MOSCOW CONFERENCE ANTICIPATION OF BETTER UNDERSTANDING. ON MILITARY & DIPLOMATIC AFFAIRS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) NEW YORK, October 25. The Moscow conference has already resulted in concrete agreements which alone would justify the meeting of the Foreign Ministers, say officials, who added that if the present trend of the parleys continues truly important gains in understanding with Russia on military as well as diplomatic affairs will be won. Marshal Stalin received the American Secretary of State, Mr Cordell Hull, today. The Soviet Fereign Commissar, M. Molotov, and the new American Ambassador, Mr Averell Harriman, were also present.
