In a 45 minutes’ engagement with seven Junkers 88s' over the Bay of Biscay during the weekend the Czech crew of a Coastal Command Liberator shot down one enemy aircraft into the sea, sent another badly damaged from the fight, and registered hits on a third, says the Air Ministry news service. The Czech pilot had had eight previous combats with Junkers 88s in the Bay.
