Twenty-two thousand striking' coal miners have been warned by the chairman of the War Labour Board that unless they return to the pits by,Tuesday the Government will seize the miners and cancel the miners’ draft deferments and employment privileges. The strike began when the Government returned the control of the mines to the owners after five months of Government operation. The spokesman says that the miners refuse to work in the absence of a satisfactory contract.
