Solway College Reunion.

The annual Solway College ex-pupils’ reunion will take place this weekend. This afternoon the College prefects will hold a bazaar and tonight the ex-pupils will present a concert. On Sunday morning a church service will be attended at the Knox Church when the speaker will be the Rev W. J. Couling. Interhouse Dances. There was a large and happy gathering in the Masonic Hall, Masterton. last night when the Wairarapa Interhouse Association held a successful dance. The music was supplied by Mr J. Barnes's Rhythm Boys and extras were played by Miss B. Hawke. A Monte Carlo waltz competition was won by Miss Hawke and Mr B. Welch. At a holiday dance to be held in the Masonic Hall by the Association tonight features will be coloured spotlight novelty dances, and a special tap duo by Miss B. Hirst and partner. Air Training Corps.

The weekly routine orders for No. 21 Squadron, Air Training Corps, Masterton, state inter alia: Parades: Monday, October 25, and Tuesday, October 26, at 6.50 p.m., A.T.C. Club Rooms, Masterton. Syllabus: Monday and Tuesday, march to Mobile Instructional Unit. The following cadets have been enrolled: Cadets D. E. Pilcher, E. A. Jones, A. Bird, F. A. Taylor, H. N. Newman, D. W. Boswell and —. Tamihana and H. Hartley. Cadet H. Hartley (C. Flight) has been posted as aircrew. A dance will be held on Thursday, October 28, at the Masonic Hall.
