UNITED NATIONS

RELIEF & REHABILITATION ORGANISATION. EARLY ACTION IN PROSPECT. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 20. An agreement setting up a United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation. Plans for setting up a special organisation, he added, had already been laid before the nations concerned and there was every indication of substantial agreement by all.
