UNITED NATIONS
RELIEF & REHABILITATION ORGANISATION. EARLY ACTION IN PROSPECT. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 20. An agreement setting up a United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation. Administration will, it is hoped, be signed within three weeks by the United Nations and other nations associated with them, according to Mr Francis B. Sayer, Assistant to the Secretary of State. Speaking in New York today, Mr Sayer said there was to be a meeting in November at which representatives of the United Nations will be present and at which organisation rules will be proposed. Plans for setting up a special organisation, he added, had already been laid before the nations concerned and there was every indication of substantial agreement by all.
