REHABILITATION PLANS
IN THE UNITED STATES. EMPLOYMENT ON SENIORITY BASIS. (By Telegraph--(Press Association —Copyright) NEW YORK, October 20. Members of the National Association of Manufacturers are preparing to hire up to a million men who may be medically discharged from the armed forces next year, said the president of the association, Mr Frederick Crawford. He added that post-war rchiring will be on a seniority basis If one man is number 200 on the list he will have a job if there are 200 jobs, but if there are only 199 jobs he won’t.
