Weather fair at first, but cloud increasing, with occasional rain developing tomorrow, chiefly about the ranges. Temperatures mild to warm. FURTHER OUTLOOK’. Unsettled, with occasional rain. 'The Waingawa Sub-station, P.W.D., reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today:—Shade temperature, maximum, 62; minimum, 51; terrestrial, 28; sunshine, 12 hours 54 minutes; frost, 2.4 degrees.
