REGENT THEATRE
» — “GLASS KEY” There will be finally shown tonight “Glass Key,” a thrilling story, full of action, of crooked politicians and men of the underworld. DOUBLE FEATURE PROGRAMME. At the Regent Theatre tomorrow night there will be presented “Hi Ya, Chum,” with Jane Frazee, Robert Paige, June Clyde and the Ritz Bros, in the leading roles. It is a brilliant extravaganza, with merry maids from Broadway and miners of the West. There is plenty of swing about the music. The picture tells the story of a rich strike in a ghost town. There is a splendid supporting picture in “The Waggons Roll at Night,” which is full of thrills. Humphrey Bogart has an excellent part in the Warner Bros.’ presentation. These nomads of the night live on wheels, fighting, loving and hating by their own strange code, forgetting that there may be a tomorrow. There is adventure at every turn of the road in this picture.
