STATE THEATRE

> DOUBLE PROGRAMME There will be an excellent double programme presented at the State Theatre tonight, in keeping with the high standard of pictures always presented at the mid-week. These programmes have caught the popular taste, and rightly so because of the interesting and wide scope of the films presented, there being something to suit all tastes. The mid-week programme contains two particularly good dramas, “Men Without Souls” and “Fugitive at Large,” both providing dramatic situations cleverly worked out and acted by first rate artists. In “Men Without Souls,” the chief roles are taken by Barton Mac Lane, Rochelle Hudson and Glenn Ford, and in “Fugitive at Large” by Jack Holt and Patricia Ellis.
