Weather fair to fine and mild. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Cloudy, with scattered rain developing about the ranges. The Waingawa Sub-Station, P.W.D., reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today: —Shade temperature. Maximum 61, minimum 42, terrestrial 23. Sunshine, 8 hours 30 minutes. Frost, 7.4 degrees.
