MR CHURCHILL’S REMINDER.
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 16. Mr Churchill, in a message to the convention of the American Foreign Policy Association, said; “The time will come soon when the free citizens of each great democracy will have to choose and range their strength behind whatever international policy appears to them best designed to ensure the future security and prosperity of their country and of the world. On this much of the future happiness of mankind will depend.”
