PILOT KILLED
IN AIRCRAFT CRASH PASSENGER INJURED (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. When an aircraft of the Royal New Zealand Air Force crashed at a South Island aerodrome on Saturday afternoon, the pilot, Flying Officer Albert Keith Hancock (father, Mr S. A. Hancock, 48 Naylor Street, Hamilton), lost his life. The passenger, Mr Dudley Wade, schoolteacher, Granity, received injuries, and was admitted to hospital.
