GREYTOWN
TOWN LANDS TRUST MONTHLY MEETING OF MEMBERS. (“Times-Age” Special.) The monthly meeting of the Greytown Lands Trustees was held last night. There were present Messrs F. Dennes (chairman), W. Grigg, H. Carter, H. J. Nightingale, A. H. York. _ An apology for absence was received from Mr F. Best. The treasurer reported a credit balance of £ 130 7s 3d. Accounts passed for payment amounted to £59 14s lOd. Messrs F. Dennes and H. G. Carter were appointed to inspect a Trust property and report on the necessary repairs. Personal Items Mr and Mrs C. G. Bouzaid and Mrs Stephenson have returned to Greytown from a holiday visit to Tauranga. Mrs C. W. Martin, of Wellington, is the guest of Mrs J. Robb, East Street. Mrs Searl, of Hamilton, is the guest of Mrs McLeod, Hastwell Street. The friends of Mr Frank Best will be pleased to hear that he is recovered sufficiently to enable him to return home from the Greytown Hospital. TOWN HALL “BLOSSOMS IN THE DUST.” _ Tomorrow afternoon and evening there will be presented one of the finest dramas ever brought to the screen. “Blossoms in the Dust,” in which the principal characters are portrayed by Greer Garson and Walter.Pidgcon.
