FIGHTING ON KOS
ALLIED & ENEMY REPORTS IN CONFLICT (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.5 p.m.) LONDON, October 12. While the Algiers radio states that British troops are still resisting the Germans who landed on the Island of Kos over a week ago, the Berlin radio claims that British resistance is now negligible. The radio said the Germans virtually control the entire island and have captured 600 Britishers.
