* GREATER NAVAL WAR COMING. THAN ANYTHING YET WITNESSED. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, October 8. “U-boats, with new weapons and devices, will bring about a naval war greater than anything yet witnessed,” declared Admiral Doenitz, in a speech in Berlin. He added: “It is my firm and fanatical intention to carry on the war against enemy tonnage to the highest level of perfection, with all the means at our disposal.”
