PERSONAL ITEMS (“Times-Age” Special.) Air Corporal Herb. Milnes, who has been in Wellington Hospital undergoing treatment for the last three months, is making satisfactory progress towards recovery. , Kiddies’ Carnival. The Kiddies’ Carnival will be brought to a conclusion on Saturday. A “White Elephant” shop day will be held in the Mauriceville Hall, and a record attendance is expected. The various committees associated with the carnival have been doing splendid work, and the merchant navy and soldiers’ parcels fund, for which the carnival is being held, should benefit substantially .as the result. The school children, too, have been working very energetically on behalf of their respective candidates in the carnival.
