DISCUSSIONS PLANNED IN EGYPT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, October 7. The Prime Minister of Egypt, Nahas Pasha, announced that King Ibn Saud of Saudi Arabia had accepted an in vitation to send an envoy to Egypt to discuss the subject of Arab federation. This followed the receipt of a letter from Ibn Saud concerning plans foi the benefit of the Arab race.
