ROTARY CLUB
WEEKLY LUNCHEON MEETING. The weekly luncheon meeting of the Masterton Rotary Club was held at the Y.M.C.A. today, the president, Mr. E. G. Coddington, presiding over a good attendance of members. Messrs. L. A. Sharman (Palmerston North) and D. Marshall (Wellington) were guests of the club. The speaker for the day was Mr. W. V. Madden, who took for his subject, “The Harnessing of the Colorado,” a report of which appears on page 2 of this issue. On the motion of Mr. C. R. Mabson, a hearty vote of thanks was passed to Mr. Madden for his interesting and informative address.
