AGAIN VISITING LONDON WILL ATTEND WAR CABINET LONDON, October 5. The South African Prime Minister, General Smuts, has arrived in London for consultations and discussions, according to an announcement by the Dominions Office. He will attend meetings of the War Cabinet. General Smuts, who is 73, arrived at a Home Counties airfield after a flight from North Africa in a Transport-Com-mand plane. General Smuts was greeted at the aerodrome on arrival by Lord Cranborne (Dominions Secretary), chiefs of the fighting services and Lord Wavell, with whom he had a long conversation.
