BULL SALE AND SHOW
The Manawatu spring national dairy bull sale and show will be held at the showgrounds, Feilding, on Thursday, October 14. An entry of 160 pedigree dairy bulls will be submitted, comprising 135 Jerseys, 15 Friesians and 10 milking Shorthorns. Leading breeders throughout the Manawatu and adjacent provinces are represented with splendid entries, and the high standard of production that is always in evidence throughout the catalogue of this oldestablished fixture is this year higher than ever. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., Palmerston North, are the auctioneers, and catalogues can be obtained from them or any branch of the company.
