WAIRARAPA APPEAL BOARD SITTING IN MASTERTON. DISTRICT CASES DEALT WITH. The Wairarapa Armed Forces Appeal Board concluded a sitting in Masterton yesterday. The chairman, Mr R. R. Burridge, presided, and there were also present: Messrs L. T. Daniell, F. Cole (members of the board), and G. F. Whitlock (secretary and Crown representative). In the following cases the name of the person lodging the appeal is given in parentheses:— Adjourned sine die: John Charles Lambert, mechanical engineer and precision grinder (R. Lambert); Kenneth Vernon Lambert, precision grinder, metal sprayer (R. Lambert); Avon Cecil Tatton, motor engineer (Talton Bros. Ltd.); Harold George Pickering, mechanician (Director of National Service); Alexander Murdoch Bell, grocery manager (Yates’ Cash Stores Ltd.). Adjourned to December 31, 1943: Ernest James Jenkins, carpenter, formal! (Jenkins Bros.); Trevor Geoffrey Walker, carpenter (Jenkins Bros.); Edward Roy Larsen, carpenter (Jenkins Bros.); Arthur Francis Pink, plumber (R. E. Baker); Percy Martel, plumber (R. E. Baker). Adjourned to November 30, 1943: Hfirold Thomas Parsons (agricultural contractor (reservist); Henry T. Hudson, agricultural worker (H. T. Parsons) .
