TORPEDOED & SUNK
OFF COAST OF FRANCE BIG ENEMY SUPPLY SHIP ACHIEVEMENT <SF DUTCH LIGHT CRAFT. SUPPORTED BY BRITISH UNITS. LONDON. September 27. A large enemy supply ship was ' sunk off the French coast last night. It was heavily escorted. Motor torpedo boats of the Royal Netherlands Navy, supported by British light naval craft, scored a torpedo hit amidships.
