BRITISH PRIME MINISTER AND AMERICAN SECRETARY FOR NAVY (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) RUGBY, September 23. The Prime Minister was received in audience by the King at Buckingham Palace today, shortly after his Majesty’s return from Scotland. Mr Churchill gave the King, whom he had not met since before his journey to Quebec, a full account of the conference and of his subsequent meetings with President Roosevelt. His Majesty also received in audience the United States Secretary of the Navy (Colonel Knox) with whom he had a long talk.
