RAILWAY BUS DRIVERS
PROVISIONAL SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTE. SUNDAY OVERTIME RATES. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. The railway bus drivers who had threatened to strike last week-end on the issue of double time for Sundays, have agreed to try out a proposal of time and a half for the first four hours, and double time thereafter. These are the conditions now operated under the New Zealand Passenger Transport Drivers' Award.
