NEW RUBBER SUBSTITUTE
MADE FROM COAL & OTHER MINERALS. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.0 a.m.) WASHINGTON, September 19. The development of a new rubber substitute called marvinol, made from coal, salt and limestone water, is announced by Mr Glenn Martin, the aircraft manufacturer.
