4, AMERICAN PRODUCTION CHIEF. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) RUGBY, September 19. It is stated in Washington that the United States Production Chief, Mr -Nelson, is going to London shortly on a mission associated with the current efforts to gear the British-American arms output to the Allied military plans. He will be repaying the visits of Captain Oliver Lyttelton (British Minister of Production) and it is understood that his visit will have a great significance in future Anglo-American production.
