ONLY TWO COURSES OPEN. COALITION OR ELECTION. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day,- 10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, September 15. In connection with the Victorian State Government situation Mr Cain (Labour Leader) last night saw the Governor and tendered certain advice. The Governor will give his decision tomorrow, but apparently only two courses are now open —a dissolution, with a new election within three months, of the 'last poll, or a Country Party and United Australia Party composite Government, these parties having bridged their differences.
