CHURCH SERVICES
The Holy Communion will be celebrated in St. Matthew’s Church tomorrow at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. and evensong at 7 p.m. Archdeacon Rich will be the preacher. There will be a service at Taueru at 2.30 p.m. MF J, F. Jaine will conduct the evening service at Kuripuni. ... The service at the Knox Presbyterian Church tomorrow morning will be conducted by the Rev. J. McMaster, of Ascote Valm Melbourne, and a former resident of MaF terton. In the evening Mr H. W. S. Mellsop, a China Inland Missionary, will preach. - The morning service at the Baptist Church tomorrow will be held at 11 o’clock when the speaker will be Mr H. W. S. Mellsop, of the China Inland Mission, who is a repatriated prisoner from China and has an interesting story to tell of China at war. The evening service at 7 o’clock will be followed by the popular “friendly hour.” ADD Church Services ... ... The services at the Masterton Methodist Church tomorrow will be conducted by the Rev G H. Goodman. Mr A. Griggs will preach at Kuripuni at 7 p.m., and Mr C. R. Goudge at Wangaeh” at 2 p.m. Sunday School will be held at the Church of Christ on Sunday morning at 10 o clock, and worship and communion at 11 o clock. Bandsman A. Adderson will speak at the Salvation Army Barracks tomorrow morning on “What is Christianity; has it Failed? In the evening Brigadier Perry will conduct the services. .
