BY GERMAN RADIO STATIONS FOURTH ANNIVERSITY OF WAR. CONTRAST WITH OTHER YEARS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, September 2. In previous years the German network worked full blast with special talks, feature programmes and martial music, but .yesterday’s talks were confined to interning the German people of the hard necessity of the retreats in Russia and to bolstering morale against the Allied bombings, while solemn music predominated.
