AFTER RAIDS ON FOGGIA. (Received This Day, 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, August 20. Yesterday’s attacks on Foggia are officially described as some of the heaviest blows in the Mediterranean air war, says Reuter’s Algiers' correspond-
ent. After a day of raids by Fortresses and Liberators, the furious assault was continued during the night by Wellingtons. Photographs reveal that the three main railways to Naples, to Bari and to Manfredonia were cut during, the Foggia raid.
