Hodder, Mrs Thurston, E. O’Neale, C. Foster, K. Feast, A. Cross, J. Moriarity; emergencies, D. Feast and D. Burt. School Contests. The Featherston secondary school basketball and football teams journeyed to Martinborough yesterday afternoon to play games with the local school. At basketball, Featherston beat Martinborough by 25 to 9. Featherston B won by 38—4. At football the Martinborough boys won by 32 points to nil. COSY THEATRE “PARDON MY SARONG.” “Pardon My Sarong,” a comedy which will be shown tonight, has Lou Costello and Bud Abbott in the leading roles. It is the best effort yet presented by this paid of comedians.
