The Featherston secondary school basketball and football teams journeyed to Martinborough yesterday afternoon to play games with the local school. At basketball, Featherston beat Martinborough by 25 to 9. Featherston B won by 38—4. At football the Martinborough boys won by 32 points to nil. COSY THEATRE “PARDON MY SARONG.” “Pardon My Sarong,” a comedy which will be shown tonight, has Lou Costello and Bud Abbott in the leading roles. It is the best effort yet presented by this paid of comedians.
