.Denying foreign reports that Gener-al-issimo Chiang Kai-Shek had been invited to Quebec, Chinese officials expressed deep disappointment that China was not participating in the conferences, says the Chungking correspondent of the United Press of America. Meanwhile, the Press in apparently inspired articles, urges the calling of conferences to discuss a Far Eastern offensive.
