CHAMPIONSHIP AND OTHER CONTESTS. RESULTS OF SATURDAY'S PLAY. Games played by members of the Riverside Golf Club on Saturday resulted as follow:— Medal round: Ladies. Miss J. Dixon 72; men, C. Dixon 67, J. Skeet 68. President's trophy: Ladies, Mrs Rawlins; men, C. Dixon. Stableford competition: R. Bell 35, R. Wearne 34. Senior championship: R. Bell beat J. Lulham; E. Reid beat H. Keisenberg. Intermediate championship: C. H. Dixon beat F. E. Wells. Junior championship: Mrs Wells beat Mrs Wakelin. Intermediate championship: Mrs Brown beat Mrs Pool. Bobbin singles: R. Callander beat J. Bell; J. Skeet beat C. Leigh. Bobbin fourball: H. Bell and R. Hatch beat A. Hearle and A. Carstens, MAHUNGA CLUB RESULTS OE WEEKEND PLAY. At the Mahunga Golf Club links on Saturday afternoon the best net cards handed in were: J. G. Heasley, 69, and G. R. Ward, 72. In the captain’s trophy competition J. G. Heasley beat J. W. Dove 5 and 4; G. B. Young beat W. Taylor, 3 and 2. Playing for the Top Buttons, Jenkins and McPherson beat the holders, Ward and Taylor. MASTERTON CLUB SATURDAY’S COMPETITIONS. The following are the results of Saturday's competitions played by members of the Masterton Golf Club:— Ladies (medal): Mrs R. H. Plummer, 96, 14, 82. Men (medal): H .H. Daniell, 86, 16, 70; S. V. Playsted, 88, 18, 70.
